Terms and conditions :

• Residence is entirely non smoking.
• Rates are per room, per night for single or double occupancy.
• Rates are inclusive of VAT.
• Check in time is at 1 pm and should be checked out by 11 am on day of departure.
• A minimum of two night stay is required.
• We ask for you to provide your arrival hour so that we can give you the best service.
• All cancellations sould be made in writing, within 25 days prior to arrival. or, we reserve the right to charge one night (fee / stay)
• In case of non show, we charge the full rate of the reservation.
